You can't hack to get items, silly. Otherwise he would have full diamond or something..

Why would someone get full diamond for themselves? Easy way to get banned, something like a speed potion is less noticeable.

It's not possible to "hack" to get items, the best you could do was when there was some exploit with the MC servers and you could log on as any account..
