If you have terrible internet it'll be hard to improve and if you get 10-15 fps it'll be incredibly hard to win let alone play.

I play at around 10-15 fps lel and my internet isn't that great either

Just watch youtubers and pick up from other people, you'll get better! Go practice on other servers, do anything! It's what I did, and I have over 400 wins now

They only way to get wins is practice. It took me along time before I got my first win. With practice you can get very good.
