I myself developed the most overpowered chest route I've ever made, which includes a ton of tier 2's, a couple of double chests and some item frames with some good items in them. :3

This chest route seems very good though. Is it many tier 2's in it?
I might steal a bit of your route.

Nice route.The start of your's is the start of mine, i keep going out towards the edge of the map, 2 chests in trees, 1 in a tower, 1 in a house, and a stone axe in a frame if i don't get a weapon. It's been a good route almost every game i play, once i got 5 iron ingots from the first 3 chests :3.

My route goes through the town and then loops around to the enchantment table room after I go kill the pigs to get XP.

I might post my video, but some people may hate me for the fact that we have a 2 man team that turns into a 3 man team because my teamate's little brother was on. xD
