This is a phenomenal guide! I think this should be stickied to the tips and strategies section. I do notice a few slight errors that you could fix to make it even better, though.
  • A single draw back bow shot does half a heart, not a full heart.
  • The equation for calculating how much damage something does is this: Initial damage + 50% (rounded down) + one heart. (The exception is the fist critical, which does one heart instead of one and a half hearts.) The wood sword critical should be 4.5 hearts, the stone sword 5.5, etc...
  • The fns can also be obtained through a tier two chest
  • Arrows are also acquired in tier two chests
  • Bows can also be found in tier twos
  • Bows can be obtained by fishing (Very powerful ones, too)
  • Baked potatoes are indeed found in both tier ones and tier twos
  • Spider eyes can be obtained on Origins V2
  • Fishing rods and bows are technically craftable because of the spider spawner beneatch Origins V2
  • Fire damage occurs every half second while standing in it, but every whole second afterwards
  • Using an fns actually uses 17/64 of the durability, not 1/4
Ok ok I'll stop now...

You don't need to stop, I like the help. I got a lot of the damage off of the Minecraft wiki, which is way some of the critical damage may be off. I changed what I could in the food section, but everything up until the end of the armor is hard to change because I had to turn the original post into images. Is it possible to access earlier drafts on the forums?

I like that it's all images, although yeah it can be harder to edit.

This is really awesome! Thank you for doing this...

For the damage on the weapons I am assuming that is when players have no armor?

Also you can get arrows in tier 2 chests.

Thanks again!

You should add that each armor bar protects against 8% of damage, and what types of damage armor protects/doesn't protect against.

If this is already here, sorry for being blind

My only problem is the criticals. Critical hits are not double the damage, they're more like ~1.5x original damage, or something like an extra heart from multiple sources I've heard from.

Otherwise, thank you for this! Incredibly helpful and a wonderful idea.
