first of all, this is called mcsg discussion, so i dont want the mods to threat 2 ban me off this or remove my post..
Many people have been getting banned based off lag, fps, the POV (a spectator) and the players mouse sensitivity. most mods just think its all hacks. i think that alot of mods have bad judgement b/c they have seen so many hackers, and just assume every1 hacks. some, just cant tell the difference. so many people have to suffer b/c the mods cant tell a hacker from a legit player.
I got banned for "aimbot" but what is really is is the recorders FPS and everybody knows the servers have been laggy since of yesterday. heres the video... (if u wanna c me go 2 1:10)

i dont think the mods should have the ability to ban anybody they want. its not fair to the players.
Some mods just abuse their banning ability and it needs to be stoped. for example, somebody i know got banned for 3 days for killing a mod b/c he THOUGHT he hacked. i thought you needed evidence.. also, today a mod threatened 2 ban me b/c of my 1st post. last time i heard, it was called SPEAKING MY MIND. or FREEDOM OF SPEECH.

Mods do their jobs. If they couldn't ban people, there would be more hackers.
If you are banned, make a ban dispute. Don't have a cry on these fourms blaming mods for your own actions. Making threads like these almost guarantee that you won't get unbanned

Dude, you got the mods answer, and I agree with one of them, not the other, but you can't change it. Making a second post won't be any different than the first.

When a mod bans someone due to what they think is hacks, they have the authority to do so. However, if the player believes that they were truly not hacking, they can make a ban dispute. Sr mods are good at their jobs and will clear up any messes like this immediately.
