I'm telling this to tell you what you should improve.
Firstly, don't ask people if they want to join, if they want to join they will apply by themselves, no need to ask everyone who posts here, and no, I don't want to join if you're wondering xD. Now, your clan thread has to be more detailed, people may not know anything about the clan, and in which division is this clan? Now, I think you should be really remembering who applied and who not. You asked someone almost 5 times if he wants to apply when he was trial.. And I think you should make a skype conversation, not really needed to say if you got banned for sprint hacks or how was your day in the clan thread, no offense.
