The MCSG servers first started coming out around April 17th I believe. That video was posted on April 7th. That means, if that really did inspire Chad to make these servers, he would have had to buy the servers, make the lobby, have someone design the plugins, create the forums, get the leaderboards set up, and have just about everything working in a matter of 10 days. If you ask me, that sounds next to impossible. My guess is that MCSG was an idea Chad originally started to cook a bit earlier, maybe even before Vareide's map. But once Vareide's map was released he decided to use it. It's really heard to say, you'd have to ask the man himself, I'm just giving my thoughts.

Heh, I remember when that video first came out, I spent ages trying to look for the website/server.
I believe that was very alpha version of MCSG, since BebopVox was making a lot of live streams/videos of it and talk with Chad during the games.
