The puzzle guarding the one I know is not hard at all. It is true that they are OP. I am not going to not like them though. They help so much. I normally don't have a problem with other people having them because I normally have one. I knew where the one I get was when the map was brand new, and before there were tier twos, so it was even more OP. With the addition of tier twos, it is a little more fair for those without one.

I know that they do that, but when you have close to no armor and 2 guys with dia sword attack you at once, are they still not able to kill you? I doubt that since a dia sword does 3-4 hearts damage to a guy with leather armor

Still Regeneration IV will destroy them, it takes the damage but regens within 1 second or more

You essentially cannot die unless you're insanely suicidal. It even gives you fire resistance, so you can swim in lava.

And Resistance 4, so diamond swords should do around 1 heart per hit with no armor on.
