What are the server IP's?

I can't find out how to join a game. For example, i do "Add Server" and put in eu28.mcsg.in and it wont work. Please help me.

Make sure you are not naming it that or try a different server

But it wont work i tried alot of them

a)the server is full
b)it is down
c)it does not exist

I don't know why it is saying that.
Is your MC outdated?
Non-premium?
Is your internet slow?
Is your internet hosting incorrect?
Is your java outdated?
