Quake Pro. Once you go Quake, you never go back.

Just 100%. I've never bothered to change it, honestly. Parkouring is fun on Quake, though.

I just use whatever the default is. (All the way to the left.)
Just like block hitting, I never found it to be an important thing to do, it just seemed like it'd be more of a pain to switch to than it would actually be helpful.

I used to play at 85-90, but as of today I've switched to 100-105, and I'm loving it.

I don't really see a point in it, changing it doesn't change how you play and takes time to adjust to it, figuring how close you must be to to interact with an entity or break/place a block. :s
