I know this question may have already been answered but I don't feel like searching it up.
Question is: Why are the CA servers a 1.7.2 client?
It's not really stable, for me at least, and my FPS isn't great while playing. On a 1.6.4 client, I get 110 FPS, and on a 1.7.2 client, I get a max 60 FPS, usually 55.

Edit: I also have Optifine for 1.7.2, but it still doesn't increase my performance by pretty much anything.
