Hackers... MCSG, DO SOMETHING!

It's come to the point now, i come across a hacker nearly every game. It's like 70% of the time. I've played on the EU servers for a year now and back then it was a rare thing to come across a hacker. That may have been because the servers were in early stages and not many people knew about them but its so bad now.

These hackers aren't just aim bot they're regen as well which is just ridiculous. I know there are mods trying there best to ban them but really, how long do they get banned for, permanently? I also know that MCSG has NCP because of the amount of times i've been lagged back while running to the centre or running away. I do agree that NCP stops speed hacks but it does hardly anything against all the hack clients nowadays.

I know hackers will always be a part of MCSG and Minecraft in general but its getting ridiculous. MCSG developers need to put there time into building a proper, private, anti-hacker plugin. I know this is easier said than done but it need to be a priority rather than fixing minor bugs or add more servers.

I'm sorry if this rant offends anyone, thanks for reading it, its just my opinion. Let's hear yours below

Well the staff of MCSG does get threads like this everyday. Just because this one thing makes MCSG unenjoyable, then quit, or move to another server. The staff doesn't appreciate being regarded as lazy, they're doing their best.

You really can't do anything. It's their decision to hack. Honestly, you'll have to deal with it. The number one players were able to get to so many wins with the same circumstances, so you should be able to too.

It's too time consuming to do so, i mean. My internet is terrible so to share the video would take too long. It's hard to take screenshots too, not everyone thinks of that, i certainly don't.

I easily can. I'm just saying there needs to be more done about hackers and if i was to report every hacker i come across i may as well be a mod. btw ive applied for mod twice :/ xD

Ok, let's end this here. My mod application was denied because i have no past experience. But i do agree if they were to get to know me they would deny me haha xD

It's not the Moderators' fault that there are so many hackers. No matter how many hackers we ban, there will always be more and more. It's just logic. We can't live in a utopia where everyone is a saint and follows the rules.

There is a way you can help, and, while it won't abolish hackers completely, it will definitely get rid of a large quantity. You can either record them hacking, upload it to YouTube, and post a Report abuse containing the YouTube video (link), or come onto our Teamspeak server and poke a Moderator to deal with the issue.

I just want to reiterate that Mods aren't lazy, because if they were, then they would be removed from the staff team. Every Moderator is doing their best to make this a fun and safe community, but it's just the logic of the world that there will always be people who want to handicap others for their own benefit. This can be seen in MCGamer (and all Minecraft servers, for that matter), and in the real world, where, there are police to enforce laws, but that doesn't mean there will never be crime.
