Blatant Disrespect in the Community

To preface this thread, I would like to apologize if any of these other threads have been posted before. I just want to make this problem known to people.

Basically what I'm talking about is where a team of 3 attacks you, you take out 2 of them, and the last is like "gg 6 scraped". Is that even remotely necessary? No. It seems as if people take advantage of the fact that they have an effective wall between them an another person: They can say anything and not have to own up to it face to face.

Relating to this, is the overuse of GG in the community. I know there have been countless threads on this, but the basic interpretation of GG is that one person is rubbing the fact that someone killed another in their face. I may be overreacting, but thats how I interpret it.

It is a GG if you kill someone and it is really close, but if you get 5-teamed on, it is anything but a good game for the other person.

I usually never say GG, except if i'm pissed of at a team, but usually I say GF in those situations because I feel its more respectful

Yeah, I never say "GG" I will usually spell it out for more respect like "Good Game"

Good, because some people say GG to mean Get good

I always say gf. Sometimes I accidentally say gg but never in caps UNLESS it's a big team then they can suck my poop.

The only times I feel necessary to "GG" is if you win a game (legitimately, using no hacks or teaming) or if it was a close fight. Those who say "GG" after they snook up on me and 10 heart me, just shows how disrespectful they are, or how often they get kills. I think saying "GG" ups ones self-esteem, my friend, who rarely gets wins or kills says "GG" after almost every kill he gets, I've noticed a pattern that the lower wins/kills you get, the more often you say "GG" after each little triumph you make, and I believe that's it's good to say "GG" if you're those people (even though the kill may not be fair), it helps your self-esteem in the game and makes you feel better.

P.S. Just because I acknowledge the person who said "GG" 's point, doesn't mean I say "GG" after scumbag or little kills.

The thing about "GG"ing is that it technically doesn't count as disrespect even though most players find it very disrespectful.
