PvP Crosshairs II

So if you haven't seen my last thread, I asked if someone could get me Huahwi, Default or R3D craft texture pack with a pvp circular crosshair. But now, I'm asking, HOW do you get that? Can someone PLEASE tell me!!!!! Thank you!

First. Go to .minecraft, resource packs, find your resource pack, open it up with winrar or your preferred archiving program and find icons.png. Then go to the texture pack that has the cross hair and open it up with your archiving program and find icons.png on there aswell. Then delete the icons from your texture pack and copy the icons from the other texture pack into yours.

Oh my texture pack has one, I'll be glad to share mine ( It's circular.)
