Greetings MCSG,
My name is Treven, or CaliSwagg13, and I've been playing on the MCSG servers for over a year now. This is my story of the events and times that have come to shape what I've become and what led up to my 1000th MCSG Victory... Here we go.
It all started when me and my friends, Operdasher and TheRealOzeyfire Were looking for a Hunger Games server and we came across this one. At first, Like I'd imagine everyone is, We were very bad. We played on the EU servers (We didn't know of US yet) and We lost about every game. Soon, Ozeyfire got busy and didn't play much, so It was just me and operdasher. We won a little bit, but most of our games ended with defeat. We kept playing though, and me and him were both about 25/1200, But that is when... It happened.
You see, Before "The Thing", My internet connection was pretty bad (about 3 bars on average) But I never would have expected it to not let me onto my favorite minecraft server. I could join any other server, and my internet worked fine, except for when I went to log into MCSG, I got an "Unknown Host" error. I quit minecraft entirely until about April 2013, when I found out about a new Hunger Games server, That I could connect to, called the Hive.
I played the hive a lot and got into the top 25 with 70 wins. Even though I had fun playing it, though, I felt like something was missing... And that thing was my friends.
In about July of 2013, I was watching some TV when my mom came home and said that we would be getting a new Internet router. At first I was like "Cool I guess" But then a few days later, I realized I might be able to connect to MCSG now!
When we got the router, the first thing I did was tried to long on to MCSG... and sure enough it worked! I joined skype and started talking to operdasher again, and I also found out that there were some new people that I knew that played now. My friend Bryce (lil_chamona) and my friend Cooper (zenitram515 at the time, now is Kerwitz). I finally started playing MCSG again! At the time being, lil_chamona had just hit 1000 wins, and operdasher had about 500 wins. I joked around once or twice and said "Oper, I'm going to pass you, just you wait" And we would laugh about it a lot.
Anyways, I started to get the hang of MCSG. I got 100 wins, then 200, then 300, then 400. Soon, I was considered a pretty good pvper by my friends and kind of by the community. That is when I made my first rival. BTzombie. It started out as betrayal, and then It turned into a lot worse. He motivated me to keep winning, So I could stay ahead of him in wins, and sure enough, I kept on winning.
Me and BTzombie made up and now are kind of friends I guess, But he helped me to the impossible. I had hit 750 wins... and operdasher had only 740. I passed him. Who knew.
Oper took it pretty well, He never really was into winning all that much anyways, But this goal wouldn't be the end for me. I soon got Gold donor and I kept on winning at a rapid pace. By the time my donor ran out I had hit 900 wins. only 100 away from my goal.
At this time, Alot of my friends were wanting alts, So i thought "Why not" And purchased an alt account called Beqqiner. I was 20/26 with him until I lost a few times, and I was really pleased with my ratio. After a while, I got my computer taken away (bad grades) and when I came back a week later, my goal was to hit 1000 wins.
I was winning about 15 times per day and I was reaching my goal. Just today, not even an hour ago, My goal was reached. 1000 wins. Here's the video on it:
Anyways, I won't be stopping yet. I'll be playing games on my Beqqiner account and I will keep growing and playing with my clans. My next goal: Top 50. Be ready MCSG, It's Cali's time to shine.
