Why do i have a 24 hour ban?

why do I have a 24 hour ban I have not done anything that I know
I hope this is the right place where I should post this if not say any

but a 24 hour ban is usually spamming or being offensive

And i spam 1/2 time's : Vote 4 please
I was with my friend tonight hunger games because I do not have much time
