And how does one steals a teamspeak? its theoretically impossible as you can cancel it and in fact, you can ban every user you want within a teamspeak panel provided by your host.

From what I've seen, you're renting a TeamSpeak server from a licensed hosting provider. If your TeamSpeak server has been compromised, I'd suggest you contact the company you paid for the server to receive specific instructions on how to reset bans and permissions (every company is different).

If you've been banned, the only way you'll be able to unban yourself is through the administrative control panel offered by your server host.

You shouldn't be paying for someone else to use your TeamSpeak. You may want to read up on TeamSpeak permissions to prevent other people from "hijacking" your server in the future.
