I'm so over it i can't play mcsg anymore because of the lag. And it's not my internet, it's mcsg that doesn't do anything about it! I payed 55 euros for something that doesn't even work! If you guys want us to support the server then please use the money to fix the lag instead of doing the stupid little updates such as the voting system, the random join.... I still love mcsg but i'm just really ennoyed... please just PLEASE fix it

I am pretty sure that they are doing the best they can. I don't think that they are like "How do we make our players miserable?" "I know, lets DDOS ourselves!" I assure you that they are doing their best. Running a big server is not easy. Patience my Padawan. <--- That is how you spell it from Starwars? right?

They are doing their best to get rid of lag, it's not usually their fault, as people just love to d'dos mcsg. If the servers get laggy, try playing on a different hub. Or just wait, it should be fixed soon.
The servers also tend to lag if they are updating stuff, so just have patience.

A refund option would indeed be nice. Right now, the only thing we can do is I suppose e-mail [email protected] and beg.

Seriously, my donor wasn't worth it. It was an impulse buy, the perks aren't really worth it, and - frankly - iron and gold ranks are an even more expensive waste of money in the long run.

There is always the option that a bunch of us non-minors get together and sue MCGamer for our money back. It's only the goddamn lawyer fees that'd be a PITA.

Being permanently banned has nothing to do with it. I scoff at how "permanent" such bans are. They're ridiculously easy to get around for the computer literate.

It was your choice to buy the donor, if you do not like the server any more that is your problem. You can't blame MCSG. It's a massive server, and they are trying hard to fix lag. You should have thought ahead if you didn't want this to happen. You can't sue MCSG because of a bit of lag. I play on EU, which lags a lot, and I'm having fun. Not their problem if you aren't. Get over it. You only have yourself to blame.
