Block Glitching

Block Glitching is just as bad as hacking in my opinion. It is cheating and gives you an unfair advantage. It can be used on places like TSG2 to get to the top of the mesa quicker, also it can be used to get out of traps. I think it is extremely unfair and should be treated very seriously. Currently if you do it in front of a mod, they will warn you, and occasionally kick (not ban) you. Obviously a player will must likely use "I didn't know as an excuse, but it is the players responsibility to know the rules. I think the staff should give out a one day ban on the first offense, to show the players that it will not be tolerated. If they do it again it should be three months, and after that perma ban.

Just today I got stuck in a fountain on Japan and a player came in and killed me. He then block glitched out after collecting my nearly full iron armor. This gave him a advantage over me since he could come kill me, and all the other players in the game as well as he got stuff from killing me. For this reason, I think it is just as bad as hacking and should be taken more seriously.

Have you ever heard of someone banned for this, I haven't. All I can say is I will report the person that block glitched out of the fountain and they better be banned.

It's definitely not as big of a deal as hacking. I'd rather people be recording and catching hackers than legitimate players who may not know that block glitching is against the rules.

I believe he used that meme because you capitalized the first letter of every word.
The problem is, when you do /rules in game I don't think it has exploiting a glitch as one. I think a better suggestion would be that there is a link to the rules at the top when you so / rules, or even log in for the first time.

Most of the admins I know, if they are in your game, would say "tough love." This isn't the bloody Nexus where Bajan spams the crap out of /rocket and /slap.

Also, FYI, you can fishing rod yourself out of the Ancient Japan fountain.
