Going to corn and chests empty

I played a match and was the first one at corn on map 4 . I opened the closest chest too me, and there was nothing in there. My friend (who i was on skype with said )said his was empty too. Has anyone else experienced this , or am i the only one?

Apparently there were rumors about a new Nodus hack. It allows players to grab chests from far away to put the items in their inventory. I'm not sure that was the case however; it could've been a server glitch.

I believe so - yes. But it's rare.
However, the chances of two corn chests spawning empty in the same game is unlikely. He said his friend had an empty one as well.

Its unlikely. But completely possible.

This has happened to me before. The server might of restarted incorrectly.

Sometimes for me I will clearly be the first to the chest and will grab some things inside and get out of there then when im far away from corn all of my items dissapear
