This video could be applied to MCSG as well.

As a near two year player if over 1000 ranked matches - I can confirm the hatred that takes place. League of Legends is an extremely competitive game with competitive players; however, this video does not apply to me as I have learned to ignore and move on from any toxic comments, any blaming, anything. I still enjoy League of Legends today, why? Because I don't follow the meta (AP Blitzcrank mid), and I try not to become someone who I used to be in the League of Legends community, I play for fun and I haven't touched a ranked match in over a month. This can stop by you, if you stop being toxic, if you stop caring then others will to, people in the League of Legends community need to realize that once you start acting disrespectful, others will too. It starts with every individual player.

Dang, I actually understood this because I play League.

I feel like this could be interpreted quite deeply. Well, maybe not to the point of religion, but still - It has more meanings than just for League of Legends.
I've seen MCSG turn into something it was never intended to be. It's supposed to be a place where we can have fun, not a place where we rage quit when we die, and call hacks on everyone and anyone who is better than us or beats us or has better ping than us. It's turned into a competition with people competing on on the leaderboards and forming rivalries with their old friends. It saddens me.

Okay, I'll admit, I was going to write a few paragraphs but my League game is about to start. xD How ironic.

This...video.

I don't even play league, and have little to no experience with it, but this video is so well made it doesn't matter. The big idea he's trying to get across is clear. His choice of words flows extremely well: This is poetry, and poetry well done.

This video hits me right where it needed to. I'm glad you posted this: Any gaming community can relate. It's such a shame that what he's saying won't matter to the league community, it won't make a difference, because that's just how humans work.

That truly is disappointing because there's a much deeper point to this video, it relates to all gaming communities, not just League of Legends. You should watch the video.
I did and now I feel bad for a few people (I live by the code of no names mentioned though)

This is so true, I can't even play a game anymore without being accused of being an alt, I am not, but this community has changed for the worst, all gaming communities have, the abuse has heightened and the friendliness has disappeared. It is really disappointing.
