Mods to keep closer eye on games.

Unfortunately, it's a rather difficult to achieve this goal. We have just above 100 moderator, and 200 servers on US alone. Then there's the issue with having three other regional bases. Each of those have several other servers to be attended to.

It can be hard to find hackers too. Sometimes their very obvious, other times they can be hard to tell.

By next week, we will have almost 500 servers, and we currently have just over 100 mods. Our moderators are active; every month, we do activity reports, and speak with the moderators who we feel are not doing enough work. The people that still don't do any work, or simply don't reply to us, get removed from the team.

The only way to solve this would be if we constantly had one moderator in every server. If each mod stayed in the server for two hours, we would have about 6000 moderators. Can you imagine how hard it would be to hire them (we would have to greatly lower our standards), make sure they're doing their job, along with ensuring they're not abusing the powers they've been trusted with? We would have to treat the servers as a business, and give people shifts. This is not a job, it is a volunteer position where you can help people out in your spare time.

If you see anybody breaking a rule in-game, you can contact a moderator on TeamSpeak, or gather the evidence and submit a report abuse.

Being a mod is really hard, the only way we can find hackers are from reports or stumbling upon them.
We have to Moniter the forums, the hub. Countless difficult tasks and a busy day of work is awaiting us everyday. So appreciate what you have before you start noticing what we did when we are gone.

We have enough mods as it is. YouTubers SHOULD NOT have ban perms because they aren't mods. If they want to get ban perms, then they should apply to be a moderator.

This guy should get ban perms.

Even though there's 100 or something moderators it still is a huge task to ban all of the hackers. If you see a hacker you can easily record and report them on the forums.

They do do that. But the hub needs monitoring as well.

Whenever I see a mod in the MCG hub or the Teamspeak lobby, I automatically assume they're AFK from past experience. >_>
