What is the point of mods?

Seriously, i am done, im fricking sick of mods. This happens every time. I go in hub 8 tell the mods their is a hacker in 192, they stay there and chat. THE ONLY REASON THEY WANT MOD IS TO GAIN POPULARITY. They don't give a crap about the community. Ban me if you want, im just saying what is 100% true. This is total bs. 4 fricking mods. They never do anything!!! Just demote all of them, the community would be the exact same, except the amount of popularity the players that had mod would have would decrease.

I don't want a bunch of kiss ups, coming and raging on this thread.

They never do their jobs. What does it matter.

If you actually care then do something. If you just want to complain then okay, but don't just whine if you aren't actually interested in doing anything.

Moderators don't want mod "just to be popular", in fact there are plenty of moderators who aren't that "popular". Every one (Or at least, just about, the ones that don't generally get demoted) become a moderator because they want to help a server, and I think they do a pretty good job. They're constantly on the forums, ingame, and on the teamspeak helping players. They don't want the rank just for a pretty red name-tag. For you to say "mods never do their jobs" is not at all fair. What's more is that you have absolutely no proof and you have no names provided, so as far as anyone on this thread can see: what you said has no credibility.

If you have a problem with any staff member I highly recommend privately contacting a senior staff member, not making a needlessly rude thread about the members that help keep this server alive.

Are you new to mcsg? Obviously, lol. Its not the specific players I care about, its generally true, most players would agree, besides the kiss ups like you.

Simply report ineffective mods from there it's on the Sr. Staff, unfortunately that's all that can really be done.
