Can someone tell me why they are not banned?

I posted a video clearly showing both of the two users of nodus hacking on the first seconds and I got a reply saying that I did not have enough evidence to prove that he was hacking.Yes there is a waypoint of cbj mods showed in video, and I got warned for this.

If I did not explained properly, I'll tell ou what's happening in the first seconds of the video: we see skavior hitting Connorb44 with a 3 to 4 block range. We all know that the normal range for melee attack is 1 block. Also, the other half of the video shows maxinator range hacking at numurous times.

I saw people getting banned for as low as 10 seconds of video recording showing the SAME range hack.

So tell me guys, is it because the two of them are donators?

Well there is a feature that comes with aimbot that is called meele range (you can put it higher), with your experience, it amazes me that it never happened to you before. It happens often that a guy directly in front of me hits me when hes 3-4 blocks away. I thought it was an obvious hack, but I guess you have to be a victim of it to understand ?

Maybe it's the fact I've reported loads of people in my history of playing minecraft and reporting about 500 in total or even more (from different servers) and actually watching them for hours at a time, I think I know when someone is hacking.
As for those players, there not hacking.

Thanks for your replies, but I still think the range that they had was higher than normal.
It happens to me a lot and I just feel helpless when I cant reach them at all because of their melee range. When someone beats me with his fists without getting touched it ruins the game for me.
If you cant tell with the video, I assure you you can tell when someone is using this hack against you.

Also KingJr I didn't mean to be rude about your experience in MCSG, what I meant was what I just wrote: If you cant tell with the video, I assure you you can tell when someone is using this hack against you.
