If you can't deal with conflict then you might as well not even lead a clan, conflict and flame during scrims is a common thing, team 1 calls team 2 out for hacks theirs arguments which usually result in abuse,dosing,or just get smoothed over in the long run, I suggest working things out seeing that you may need to battle salvation if you were to join soul's leaderboards or even clan wars down the road.The best way to solve this pm'ing either Marchello_ or Trudairy or even asking them to come on your guys ts, either way I'm sure both of these individuals will deal with the situation and fix things up.

Clan Announcement: Congratulations to all of the new trials and new members. I would like to personally congratulate you all. On another note; Edog has been promoted to Elite. Everyone congratulate the newest elite as he shines bright with the new snazzy title.

Furthermore; we will now be doing applications a little differently. We will wait about a week as we review everyone's application, and then reply in one whole post everyone that has been either accepted, pending, or denied.

I am renovating the application process in favor of the clan as a whole. I plan on making it more difficult to make it into the clan so that we only have the best players. I also plan on having a quick application process so that you get your results quickly.

Regarding the Trial Member rank, all trial members will now be trail until they have competed in a scrimmage match or an official battle. If they do well in that game or show commitment, they will be given member. Otherwise, they will be declined.

We are now starting organized meetings once per week. The meeting for the administrative team (Leaders and Officers) is at Time and Date . The meeting for the team as a whole (every rank) is at Time and Date . Please fill out this form if you are in this clan only: FORM .

Regarding blacklisted clans: We are introducing a new system known as blacklisting clans. If and when we face a clan, our leaders will judge that clan based on their attitude, sportsmanship, and general action. If the clan showed poor performance in all three of these categories, they will be "blacklisted" meaning that we will no longer face that team. Remember that if a clan is blacklisted, a formal apology will help them be pardoned. Here are automatic ways to get blacklisted:

• Hacking
• Bypassing the filter after a warning
• Abuse
• Block glitching
• DDoSing - Administrators and internet provider will be notified.
• Any other action or comment that is in violation of MCGamer Terms and Conditions

The only blacklisted clan at the moment is "Salvation" for the reasons of bypassing the filter, poor sportsmanship, and sexual/pervasive messages.

We are also putting together a list of rules that are to be followed by our members, visitors, and our competition. Anyone in violation of the rules that are to be made will result in a possible demotion, permanent ban from our TeamSpeak, a MCGamer ban (if in violation of MCGamer rules on MCGamer servers), or any other consequence given by the Ascendancy administration.
