Important things mentioned at the leadership meeting today:

• All of the members in the administrative team now have emails.

• If teThe application process has been changed back to normal. When an application is submitted on this thread, a leader/captain will either accept it for trial, decline it, or set it to pending in order for us to ask you more questions. Although this is changed back, the trial/interview process has changed. From now on, when a member is accepted for trial, they are trail for one week. After that trial, the member will receive an interview. During the interview, a member or members of the leadership team will evaluate you in all aspects of PvP and personality. Then, that leader/captain will decline or accept you accordingly.
• Elites are the members who have done an incredible job. They are basically the three best members. When members of the leadership team see that a member has done an exceptionally good job, they will be promoted. This process will happen until all three elite positions are filled (currently 2 are). Once all three spots are filled, the elites will be expected to be very active, do an amazing job in battles/scrimmages, and show good work ethic. When a leader sees that a elite isn't doing so, the next best member will take his/her spot.
• Captains now have the right to accept/decline applications, interview someone, or present ideas. Captains, however, MUST run all new ideas/process changes by members first. Failure to do just that will result in an IMMEDIATE demotion to member or possible removal from the clan.

The McGamer Server is the only server I play on these days, and I play a lot. And I mean A LOT! My new account Myzai I got about a month ago and now have approximately 203 wins out of a total of 803 games played, giving me a ratio of about 1/4 (It's not the greatest, I know). I am very mature, and also very smart. I have completed all of high school and college math through Calculus III, not to brag or anything. I am very confident and have a nice personality as well. I have never been in a legit clan before, so this would be a start of a new journey for me. I want to be in a clan though, and I feel it would help me get to know others with common interests (Survival Games) and help me get better at PvP. I hope you consider making me a member of Ascendancy.
