I don't think your allowed to use them, but just to be safe, I wouldn't.

We just dont like the ones where you modify your characters performance.

It just checks if the server is full each 2,5 second.

As long as it doesn't cause stress on the server, if it forces a login I'd say it would, but if it checks I guess it's fine.
