Just my 2 cents:
Count your blessings and curses. The pros and cons of keeping this clan running.

To whoever the leader(s) is/are: Do you still have fun with this clan? Do you still enjoy talking to the people, playing games with the members? Do you still have friends within this clan? If yes, don't disband! If no, well, either quit the clan and give someone else leadership, or kick the members causing trouble, and start over again: recruit new members, make new memories.

Disbanding is a last-resort option, when you have nowhere else to go, nothing else to do. Disband only if running this clan actually takes away from your fun on MCSG - Not just your fun, but the fun of all of the members.

I was the leader of a clan that once had 24 members and as many as a dozen players waiting to have their applications accepted or denied. The #3 clan in the USA. And I disbanded it in a single day. Why? Because my members wanted to. They all wanted to try out different clans after being in just one for so long, or apply for Mod. (Back then staff couldn't be in clans.)

If your members want to keep the clan running, why are you denying them that? If they are having fun, why are you trying to put an end to it? If you don't want to have anything to do with it anymore, then quit. But do not ruin someone else's fun, or else...

But if your members decide as a whole that they desire to disband for whatever reason, then you're good to go and disband.
Even in disunity, you must come together in agreeance before disbanding. How ironic.
