I checked your thread to see if there's a ratio requirement and there isn't. You shouldn't discriminate people by their ratio, he could've been really bad when he started and is pretty decent now, that could've affected his ratio back when he was a noob even though he may be pretty good now. I think this kid should be in your clan, give him a chance
