The reason we decided to get rid of the servive was because there was to much fraud going on with it. People logged in to find out their donor was removed, as somehow people were able to proof that the account was theirs. It also took a huge amount of work for the Admins to deal with all the support E-mails that came with it.

If we can prove ownership, It should be allowed.

As MoLoToV said, somehow hackers were able to provide evidence that the account was theirs, even if they didn't have actual ownership.

I thought it was because donors where hacking and got banned then wanted to transfer.

Well, People should be more protective of there accounts, Only give it out to people they trust.
Then they won't have a problem whilst transferring ranks.
Stupid people that get ratted or hacks are the reason WE can't transfer ranks.

Another way you could do it is transferring the rank and having a rank on two accounts for a week or so, Giving the sucker who got hacked a chance to either say they allowed it or they didn't.

I am aware that I am necro-posting at the moment, but I believe this thread is still relevant. The fact is that I am platinum donor yet I have been falsely banned for "alt of permbanned player" after coming back from a holiday. I have already created a dispute and after two days it remains unanswered. I am also doubtful of getting unbanned because MCSG doesn't need perfect evidence to ban someone for such a thing. If it is false then they tell you to provide proof supporting your claim even though you can't always provide them with direct proof against the ban. I also cannot transfer my donor so I have pretty much wasted $100 on platinum donor and have been falsely banned. Whoever they claim to be my "permbanned alt" better have more evidence than an IP in case my account was compromised during the holidays.
