Clans are always looking for a way too prove themselves, but if they will is the question.
This is, Showdown of Clans

Showdown was created with a purpose of allowing top clans the opportunity to stay on top, while allowing a chance for those younger clans to climb the ladder of the clan community and make their own name.

Is it on a private server? Yes.
What map is it? I am currently using "Shady Hollow". (Thanks SuperxAndrew and cadbane4321 )
Is it a 6v6 or 8v8? It is a 8v8.
What plugin are you using? I have narrowed it down to 3.
How do we join? Fill out a application for your clan.
How many clans are gonna be in it? I'm hoping for 16, probably 8 or 12 (4 byes)

Times of Battles : Ok guys, not tomorrow, but the day after the top half of the bracket will begin their fights. (Tomorrow will be a cram jam for the server) And the day after that, the lower half of the bracket will compete. The next day, the whole second round will compete, then the semifinals the next day, and later that day, the final. More specific times will be planned the day of.
