Been called a hacker in a particularly amusing way? Post it.

Caught someone by surprise and beat them down with a stone sword and less armor. Got accused next round. Called them mad.

"I'm not mad, I'm just informing the public."

they leave the server as soon as you kill them with FAR less inferior gear.

The funny thing was the other day i stayed on 1 server for a few hours and this same noob kept saying the next round "the guy who killed me he had hacks" then everyone was like who, then he said the name.
The funny thing was one round he said this about me xD. What was nice was the fact that everyone goes "LOL kezzer doesnt hack we watched him slaughter you while you stood there trying to use a crafting table "

Someone in game informs me that people on teamspeak have been saying I hack. Everyone on the server automatically takes his word for it, and for the next few games, this one guy always goes "omg it's g33ke the hacker. I'll team with anyone who kills him." and a few other more hilarious encounters, but I don't particularly remember exactly what he said sadly.

I'm also curious who on teamspeak was calling me the hacker...honestly, spreading rumors like that when you don't know for sure is unnecessary. Go ahead and get proof and provide it to a staff member in report abuse if you think I do, or poke a mod on teamspeak. Telling people I might be one but doing nothing about it leads to things like what happened earlier, with everyone believing I hack and teaming to target me. All it's doing is giving me a harder time for nothing.

That "Someone is a hacker" thingy is getting annoying, maybe Chad should add this to the rules or the spam list?

HAHAHA, wow, I can't believe it but I was actually in those lobbies. I can't help in the area of who was spreading it in teamspeak, but I will say that I did actually try and target the guy gunning after you, if it makes you feel any better.

What if someone is a hacker and they're trying to notify other players?

Yeah, I understand if someone is trying to notify another player. I know what you said wasn't directed towards me, but I'm just saying that since they were in teamspeak, they had the ability to on the fly poke a mod instead.

Nah, I didn't mind that much really. I like a challenge. I'm just making a point that some other people might get more annoyed by it. I personally didn't really care, I was more upset that people on teamspeak were spreading a rumor that I was hacking and didn't bother getting a mod to confirm. That just leaves people to believe I'm hacking for a while since no mod said I wasn't, and I can imagine that that will give me a harder time with the more "pro" players too - on teamspeak, if they ever see me, they will just run from me no matter my gear until they get to their friend, etc....that really bugs me.

Ya, i can see where you are coming from on that. Despite the fact that I am absolutely dreadful, I have had it happen once or twice where someone stalks me and constantly accuses me of hacking. I was able to not get into the exact same situation as you though because I constantly have teamspeak open and kind of keep a general view out for stuff, mainly because I like reporting hackers myself.

Yeah. I could go on teamspeak myself if I wanted. I have a mic and all that, I just don't feel like downloading teamspeak or using it much right now (especially since I usually have a copy of ventrilo open at all times already for other purposes. Having two voice programs open at once would get me confused a bit. Whos talking to me, from which program, etc...) I am also not one to record/report hackers, since I don't have the full version of fraps to record for long periods of time, and I lag when having fraps open and fighting, so I can't fight properly, even against the non-hackers. Waiting on a new computer, than getting a full version of fraps, and recording entire games just to catch them.
