How to add a picture onto a thread

Does anyone know how to add a picture onto a thread?

Upload a image into imgur.com or any other picture uploading site. After it's done uploading, get the picture link. Then in the forums, look at the middelish right side of the toolbar, you'll see this small Landscape image named "Image". Click on it, and paste the picture link. Then you are done!
