Hi guys Snowball here. And no, I'm Snowball 2.0 (for all that know me). JustAHotDog (my brother) and his friend SlingShot has come to a conclusion to eliminate, promote, and demote some of our members. And HotDog put me in charge to say it -_-. Let me just say that I checked every person on the leaderboards. I found that some people LIED about their wins. Some people are getting promoted though because they got the expectations of ranks like MEMBER and ELITE. So without further a do here is
