Moderator Applications: Frequently Asked Questions

I would love to see some of the admin and senior moderators applications, so I can find out what they like to see in one. However I understand this is against the rules (for what reason I don't know).

As in, the applications you guys put in to apply to become mod. It would be rather nice to know the kind of things to put in our applications.

Oh..... Experience, no bans, correct grammar, not too braggy about what you can do, be honest, detailed. If you like the way your apps looks like, then I'm sure we will. (I've handled with apps before)

I dont think its quite that hard to get in at the age of 15, as there are plenty of mods that are 15, at least that I've seen, as long as you post a legit and well written application with good and eye-catching content, you'll be fine. :3

I meant their regular mod app before they got Sr. Mod.

I actually discussed a problem with needing experience with somebody who recently got rejected from here because they had none. What if you keep getting rejected from everything because of lack of experience?

Without experience, the harder it is to get accepted, I know some mods here didn't have much to hardly any experience when they got hired. After all, everyone starts out as a noob

I understand that, but at the same time, there aren't very many sites out there whose moderators jobs are quite like the ones here. Most people would have only had experience with forums beforehand, or maybe that's just me?

I suppose other people would have had experience with other Minecraft sites before this, but I only bought Minecraft to play Survival Games, so eh..

It all depends on what type of server you play on and what size it is.

Sorry, I said that wrong. I meant forums relating to other topics and things, not related to servers or games.

Oh, I get you. Moderating forums is different from watch hackers etc on servers.
