I don't know if this should be in here, or in the Clans and Teams section,

but I feel like there are 10 new clans made per day, and many clans won't last more than two weeks.

Also the amount or randy clans, or clans that are bad is just too high for my taste.

When I was only learning to play the game, I knew sbout the clans but I also felt like you need to be good at the game to be able to join or run a clan.

That's why I didn't join a clan until what, my 150th win. I was still bad, but knew the basics and would consider myself decent at the game.

The number of clans that don't speak English (EU) is also too high. You need to know English as you are going to interact with other clans. I've organised many clan wars, and I hear "sorry im not speak english well!1!! i didnt know lets redo" a lot. I mean a lot. I understand, blaming it on English grammar skills and using it as an excuse is smart, but also obvious.

TL;DR If you're going to start a clan or join one:
1. l2p. Seriously. You don't want anyone calling you a randy as everyone in the clan scene should be skilled.
2. Speak English fluently, or get out. Door is right over there.

The thing that annoys me the most is that when I click on 'what's new?' 90% of the threads are clans. I usually have to look through multiple pages to find an interesting thread. (I remember when the 'clans and teams' section had like 2 threads :') )

Yup^
I thought about this idea, maybe have a certain amount of games played/won until you could join a clan? This could be like ranked games on LoL, but I'm not sure how this could be controlled.

At least have a rule that your clan thread needs to be in English, as in EU there are multiple languages spoken in different parts, English, Russian and Spanish being the most popular.

I also think that there should be a Staff group that concentrates more on the clan part of the community, as the people in clans are most likely the competitive and skilled players, or at least it should be like this.

Clan members also have a different point of view of stuff, and they are usually more mature than the average 10yo players here.

Clan members are also usually more dedicated to the servers, and are the ones donating.

So basically clans run the servers.

Give clans more attention than Dave writing down the Clan War Rules. Make some restrictions on who can join or create a clan, and the requirements to do so.

If you don't like clans that don't speak fluent English then don't Clan Battle them and go against another clan that does speak English well. It's unfair to not let players who don't speak English fluently to join in on the fun of making and joining clans.

I don't see why you think everyone should be skilled to be in the clan scene. Many people enjoy clans that are not really competitive and are just in it for the fun.

I partly agree, I don't need to clan war them, but it's just stupid how the Clan section is filling up with for example Spanish clans that don't speak English. The clans should be put into sub-forums sorted by first regions and then languages. The system we have now is just too messy.

And I thought you needed to be good to be in a clan when I was bad, that was just my assumption. I just don't like it how easy it is to make a clan and then it lasts 1 week. That just fills up the forums and 'What's New' page. That's why I think clans need skill and dedication.

Well I agree with this expect the different languages part I mean if you don't want to battle them don't battle them. It will be good for for you need that much amount of wins I will add on to that there could be a bronze, silver, gold to it so it can be pros vs pros vs nubs vs nubs also there should be a sub forum for new clan when you reach 8 members you can move into a diffrent section and you can battle

It's sad how the average life-spam of a clan is like 2 weeks. I think it's important for the leaders to be dedicated and to stop believing that a loss is something which can be used as an excuse to disband, because that's not how competitive play works. This is why the Clan Leaderboards are something good, they teach people that a loss can always be overcome.

Oviously you want to be good, but this can't possibly be a standard. Not all players were good when they first started did they? Well neither are some clans.

Honestly I don't know why people can't just have a little patience. So many leaders lose a clan war and immediately decide that it's time to disband. That's not how it works.
