Why didnt my victory count?

I won on sg4 in a US server for my 14th win and it didnt count? Maybe it had something to do with leaving before the server shut down? IDK plz help!

I would recommend letting the server shut itself down so the victory counts.

I experienced the same problem today. I had just claimed my 304th victory and gained many points in a DM against soggypickle. I waited until the server restarted itself and the win and points were never recorded. But the really bizarre thing was when I checked the US Leaderboards on the site, my win and points were recorded. Then I reloaded the page, and they were gone. Any chance this could be fixed?
