As much as it sucks, there's really nothing we can do. Solo-dedicated servers will be extremely hard to manage, however I think they might be looking into it. And it's not like teams still aren't going to exist, there's simply no way to get rid of them or the boosters. The staff isn't gonna be able to catch every single person who is swearing and bypassing the filter.
I personally also don't think trash talking will ever be bannable, as tons and tons of people would be banned. It is very rude sometimes when people do so, but that's just what this community has become. I think this is due to the server being more PvP-based rather than strategy-based. The causes of this are the MCSGv2 (not MCGamerv2) chests that were added in March 2013 along with the sprint button being added to MC that made this server so much more PvP-based. This results in people bragging at how good their PvP skills are, resulting in all the trash talking and rudeness on MCG.
I don't see too many hackers, every now and then I'll run into them, but as of right now I believe the staff is doing a great job getting rid of them. YouTubers quitting, well that is just their choice. They probably quit because of IRL issues or maybe because of this poisoned community you're talking about.
As for clans and people DDoS'ing each other, I really am not familiar with that. I never have really actively been in a clan for a long time to have experienced this. However, I know that this is really pathetic. Hacking someone's connection just so they can't play because they maybe killed you once? That's just sad. That's when you know something's wrong with the community if things like this start to happen.
I don't care too much about my stats anymore, but people use them as a reason to team up on me. People are truly obsessed with winning, while I just want to be able to have some relaxing fun on here while listening to some music to escape the stress of school and things like that. And I must admit, ever since MCSGv2 (again, not MCGamerv2) and the sprint button got added, I really have had less and less fun on here.
But look on the bright side. Despite the issues on the servers, most of the forums community is still great. Also, if you just ignore the people raging at you, teaming on you, hacking against you, and all the other ignorances that this game has to offer, this is still the best Survival Games network out there. While the community could be so much better, there really isn't too much we can do. So if you just appreciate how amazing this server is and try to push all the extra unneccesary stuff out, maybe you'll have a little more fun.
