Accused of Hacking..

I have recently been tempbanned on MCSG AU servers.
I need to prove that I don't hack, so how should I do this? Help is appreciated!

If you don't hack, you'll most likely be unbanned.

Yeah I get scared sometimes. Don't worry if you don't hack you will be fine, just make a ban dispute.
