I played 10 games today and 9 of them had at least 1 hacker in them! I get annoyed when in either Dmatch or before it I get killed by a hacker. One point while running he was shooting his bow. Other has auto crits and no knockback, WTF?! Unless you can find a way, Me and my friends are done with this server.

Simple, if you aren't experienced enough to kill a hacker, just quit

Nevertheless, hackers are a problem that occur on every major network, not just ours. We try our hardest to catch all hackers, and other rule breakers for that matter but it simply isn't possible. There isn't a way to just "look at their screens and see if they're hacking."

If you want specifics, I'm sure Ava can provide more accurate and technical terms, while Col_StaR can do much of the same plus some logical/reasoning support.
