Well, I was close though xD But, I remember getting this rank (#1417) in July, it probably was late July though.

The developers are working towards fixing the leaderboards. Until then, we just have to wait patiently.

The leaderboards have been frozen for quite some time, and it seems to have arisen from a leaderboard script update many months ago. Rest assure, like Imaboss2414|Rish said, the developers are looking into this issue and trying to find a fix for it.
