I would LOVE to have added: T- Moderator. (Trial moderator) It's if the senior staff are a bit edgy about your maturity, they can make you T-Mod, which they watch over you in sticky situations to see how you deal with them.

-As much as a despise the game compared to others I like the Blackops voting system, giving Next Map, Previous Map and Random Map as options, although I'm pretty sure since servers reset it's impossible.

-Similar to above removing resets, I'm not sure if the vanish problem persists but if it doesn't and if there are any fixes it would be awesome if it didn't. Instead having all non-donators kicked to make room for people for the next game so there are a variety of players. Why? Because it benifets the server, servers take a while to start running "good", restarts are required but not so often, there should be a global reset every 12 hours though.

-Remove NoCheatPlus and make a custom anti-cheat plugin from scratch to fit the needs of the server. Would require plugin dev/s to do.

-More Australiasia servers.

I like your suggestions, seems well though out. THIS ^^^^^^^
