What do you set your sprint key to?

My mouse wheel can click down, so I just use that.

I find it very hard to change from default settings.
Sprint: Double tap w.
Change perspective: R
Optifine Zoom: F
Weapons setup:
1. Sword
2. Bow
3. FnS
4. Rod
5. Gapple
6-9. Food.
Also I use a trackpad, so no special mouse keys for me.

Very ruff days.
