If it's your FPS then it isn't the server's fault, it probably the fact that your computer can't handle the chunk loading and graphics within the game. And the community DID have a say. You shouldn't just make a thread to complain about it without reason...

I get 90 fps on any other sever, and 20 fps on mcsg

FPS issue's are something on your side. Sounds like you'll have to upgrade your PC.

I think that is your computer that isn't good and make the game lag.
Also, now that the update from the 1.7 to the 1.8 is done, we can't return on it.
Now I will request a lock for the following reason/s :

And it's as good as impossible for us to downgrade to 1.7 after this update. There are ways enough to improve your frames on 1.8, just have a look around on the internet or the forums here and I'm sure you'll find something. And if that still doesn't help, then I am afraid that your computer might not be able to run the game properly anymore.
