I love the idea, but judging by how much MCSG cares about the community, we'll probably never have it. :/

Cleanup paradise, makes games last 2 minutes, and players would just get 3 teamed.
4-man DM is a good idea, but I think it would have its own pros and cons, just like 3 man DM.

We actually had a universal Deathmatch arena, once upon a time. That was a long time ago. Spectators were allowed to walk around the edges, in the stands, and in the center of the arena there was a platform. The edges of the platform would slowly fall down layer by layer, forcing the combatants closer to each other as it progressed.

That was the best, that arena looked really cool too.
