Will 1.9 Ruin SG?

Recently, I've been testing out the 1.9 combat update snapshot... Looks like there is duel wielding? All you haft to do is press one button to switch weapons which isn't too overpowered because its just like hot keying, but the swords are very weird looking. Like the rod from the 1.8 update... Also these new arrows are in 1.9. If MCSG change its version to 1.9, please don't add these arrows with potion effects on them. I do not want to run around at spawn and be shot by a poison arrow... Also, does anyone have any idea if MCSG is changing to 1.9?

It's a real shame that mojang tried to "Improve" combat in 1.9 but the majority of MCSG players only want the optimisation benefits of 1.8 and hit detection/working blockhitting of 1.7.

If it's anything like 1.8, it will be bad. PvP already has a low skill cap, this update will just make it easier for new players to beat people with actual talent. Mojang doesn't understand that PvP isn't just about swords and bows, and by giving us so little options, they're ruining it.

Regarding your account details on the forum. It should take up 5 minutes-24 hours after purchase to appear! Another way is to contact [email protected] , but I am not quite sure yet since I just came back from a longgg break. Ask a Staff member for a clearer guide!
