Not a random drop, it's in a hidden dispenser that for a long time only Biffington knew how to get to. I've heard rumors of diamond armor somewhere on the map as well...
I found a really nice place in the main castle. 2nd floor, had an iron dispensor, diamond dispensor, and a golden sword, along with a crafting table. i stealthed around a guy after getting his attention initially to snipe him, then get ze goodies.
But Biffington is now banned D:
