I Got Banned For Nothing And It Has Glitched

I Got Banned For Reason Sprint but i dont use and it say a long negative number like
-1557178153 i dont hack or know how and a have been banned in the past for this but no negative numbers i just was hoping i could be unbanned or told when i will be
