So, as we all know, there are people that don't have donor. This obviously makes us non-donors angry because we get kicked by them a lot. Don't lie. I know you got mad at one at least once. It's something we just, sadly, have to live with.
I have seen many rant posts about donor privileges being revoked from them for the enjoyment of others. I'd just like to mention that there would be no MCSG at all without them! They are vital to the MCSG community! The servers take a lot of $$ to run! So, instead of ranting against them, I took the liberty to jot down some tips to get onto a server:
1) Join servers that have moved to the 'offline' state or the 'restarting' state. Note that some servers might ACTUALLY be offline and in that case don't join them.
2) Join higher number servers, preferably 40-50 EU, 30-40 US, and 9-12 CA andEU AU. Donors tend to join the lower number servers.
3) Once you see 'cleanup' keep trying to join, you will most likely be one of the first people on the server. You could also join one in 'deathmatch' and wait until it ends. Just keep trying. Also, if you see 'End of Stream' pop up, join one more time, it will most likely work.
4) Always keep the server list open in the background for reference, and constantly refresh it. It is the key to joining servers for a non-donor.
5) If you get kicked from a lobby, DO NOT try to re-log. It is just a waste of time, and 99.99% of the time you will be denied access to the server yet again.
And last but not least,
6) Be Patient! You obviously won't make it to the game EVERY single time! If you get kicked out, just go on some other server. It's as easy as that! No need for a rant about donor privileges that will most likely be locked.
