i play on short +16 with faithfull 64x64 and i dont get more than 70 fps xD but i got used to play with just a few fps xD

Apparently, the human eye can only notice a negligible change between frames at anything higher than 72 frames, So there really isn't any need to aim higher than that for minecraft.

I hope your using that for something else besides just minecraft lol. But my fps seems to be stable at 500-600 fps with normal, no need for extreme

Tiny render distance, lowest optifine settings, on a REALLY good day I can average 45-70 fps; on a normal day about 20-25, on a bad day 1-10.

So basically, I'm waiting on a decent desktop to buy, and for me it will have to be pretty low in the price range, because unlike some of you guys I'm poor.
